After years of mentoring students towards higher achievement in the consulting and technology sectors, Brittany Smith Gallant recognized an important gap in career consultancy and coaching. Her experiences in mentoring showed her that earlier understanding of interests, strengths, and aptitudes, as well as introductions to career mentorship, created clearer pathways to rewarding and well-paying careers. Brittany has created a program that utilizes a unique approach to early career coaching. She and her team of coaches use trusted assessment tools, facilitate personal connections to experts in fields of interest, and emphasize professional development techniques to create the unique coaching experience that only Smith Collective provides.
